＜customer-related returns or product exchanges＞
Products before shipping：
If you wish to cancel your order due to unpredictable reasons, please contact us from this website or send us an email within 12 hours. In addition, please write the cancellation reasons. Plese be noticed that after 12 hours without receiving your cancel inquiry, we are sorry that in this stage the product preparation is completed and we cannot accept your order cancellations.

Product after shipping：
If the customer's order is not available after your purchase due to Japanese manufacturer supply shortage/logistics situation/nature disaster or pandemic/etc. We will provide the following three alternative options.
 

◯Option A: We have to ask you to wait until the items are ready in Japan which can take more than 45 days including the shippment
◯Option B: We will prepare a replacement item for your order
◯Option C: We will refund the amount you paid for your order deducting the remittance fee and currency conversion fee
 

Please select one of the above options from A to C and our staff will support you. Please be noticed that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened.
 

＜If the product is broken or contaminated＞
Please let us know the clarified situation from via email/WhatsApp/phone call. For any situation, please include a photo and a specific description of your package. After having a Takahashi Selection internal meeting according to your package report and the situation is verified, we will prepare the refund for you. If the product does not arrive, we will check the tracking number and package status and make a final refund decision.

If a refund is approved in any situation related to Takahashi Selection, the refund always means the paid total amount minus remittance fees and currency conversion fees.
